To get there by body, you need strength to hold your bones together. I cautiously recommend Chronodynametrics. This is especially good for those with back and neck problems.
Why cautiously? I apparently broke the ACL in one knee during one exercise. It has greatly restricted my sports activities, and the surgical "solution" requires so much down-time for recuperation from the surgery that it is simply a no-go. Take care of your knees.
